- I was born and raised in Reno, NV and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Reno/Sparks has great people, culture, and climate. Working in commercial real estate allows me to study Reno/Sparks and be close to the people I love. I have been involved in commercial real estate since 2005, where I started as a research assistant for Dickson Realty. I have since received a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Nevada, Reno. I am currently with Fennell & Associates and represent buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial real estate transactions.
For me, real estate is a science. Geography to be exact. My geographic studies at UNR focused on economic urban geography. These studies have provided me with an incredible resource for my clients, the ability to analyze and evaluate the site-specific advantages and opportunities of each unique business location.
I focus on matching client needs to the location that maximizes their investment potential, profit and satisfaction. I know I have succeeded when my client is happy and making happy real estate clients is in my blood. My grandfather, grandmother and uncle all work in the real estate industry. Like them, honesty and straight-forward communication define my work ethic. I am knowledgeable regarding many real estate topic and am always available to answer question for free and help with the leasing and sale of commercial real estate.
