- Hello! It is great to back in Reno, NV! In 2005 I started my Chiropractic education at Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, CA and graduated cum laude in September of 2008! Prior to moving to the Bay Area for Chiropractic School I attended the University of Nevada, Reno (Go Wolf Pack!) from 1999 to 2003 and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology. Shortly after I enrolled in a Master's Degree program in Biochemistry and Biotechnology also at UNR. It was my part time job as a Chiropractic Assistant that sparked by interest in Chiropractic, and since then I have never looked back.
We live in such a hectic and fast paced world today and rarely do most of us get the opportunity to really pursue our most optimum state of being - our full wellness potential. That is part of the reason that I chose to pursue a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic. This "alternative" form of natural health care is rooted in the belief that the Nervous System controls all 10 trillion cells in the body, and that any interference in this system, caused by misalignments in the spine, may cause decreased function and expression of 100% true Life Force. I like the dimmer switch analogy. Chiropractic care turns up your light so your health can shine at its brightest, naturally! If you have any questions about Chiropractic, please, let me know!
